8 years of title company processing experience that includes:
- Oversees all transactions from beginning to end
- Experience conducting closings
- Experience with supervising other escrow officers and establishing priorities
- Building and maintaining new and existing customer & client relationships
- Reviewed title and lender documents
- Prepared and corrected any documents needed for clients in a timely manner
- Experience with training new hires, as well as completing any onboarding
- Well versed with handling any funding, quality control, invoices, and or necessary title documents needed
- Exposure to residential and commercial loans
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook experience
