- Heavily experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities such as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures, financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting, GL account reconciliations, A/P, A/R, payroll, audit assistance, property and lease accounting
- Highly proficient with QuickBooks Pro, Quicken, Yardi, Adobe, Advanced Excel, Agility, Blackline, and several other programs
- Professional, friendly, eager to grow in her career, and strong work ethic
- Targeting base salaries in the $70k - $80k range
