- Valid CPA license (Texas) & 16+ years' experience
- Last 2 companies were both in construction industry (one very large, well-known conglomerate organization and another smaller, regional company within Texas region).
- Overseen and managed all aspects of accounting and finance functions, while overseeing multiple accounting teams, building and maintaining external relationships with banking institutions, legal entities, housing authorities, CPA firms, investors, and several others
- Worked alongside executive leadership and BOD on financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Targeting base salaries of $175k+
