- Experience overseeing entire accounting department functions, ensuring timely and accurate close processes; reduced month-end close from 8 days to 5 days.
- Strong expertise in accounting software implementations, including integrating new acquisitions into NetSuite and lease implementation using Lease Controller Software.
- Eye for creating and improving processes, policies and procedures
- Effective team management experience, including onboarding and training.
