• Proficient in Financial Reporting: Skilled in preparing and analyzing comprehensive financial statements and KPI packages, including Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Income Statements
• Strategic Financial Planning: Proven track record of developing and overseeing budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Systems and Process Optimization: Implemented cutting-edge ERP systems such as Deltek and SAP, ensuring enhanced financial reporting accuracy and reduced processing times
