- Creates and implements procedures to ensure compliance with State Regulations, particularly Environmental Permitting for Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma Departments of Environmental Quality (TCEQ, LDEQ, and ODEQ).
- Possesses extensive CEMS and ECMPS (EPA Software) experience.
- Handles permitting and compliance reporting for multiple coal and gas EGUs.
- Ensures standards are met, provides guidance, and imparts feedback on highly technical and complex projects and studies.
- Interprets and understands Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR Parts 60, 63, 75, among other utility and engine-related environmental regulations.
