  • Utilize, monitor, and test HRIS to ensure successful workflow processes for payroll, performance reviews, business unit changes, and leave plan updates.
  • Create and analyze reports related to employee coaching and exit interviews to resolve issues and reduce turnover; analyze turnover reports for all departments, specifically those with high turnover over each quarter; develop recruitment plans and assist in updating policies to reduce turnover.

  • Created new employee surveys and conducted "stay interviews" every 30, 60, and 90 days to get feedback from new employees on their work environment, job satisfaction, and general morale; used data collected to improve manager training, reduce turnover, and promote communication.
